If you have cause to return a product to us please read the following.
Before a CD is returned you must contact one of our sales staff, we are happy to exchange a product or issue a credit providing all the following terms are met.
All CDs must be unopened and have the original packing and seal intact and be in a new like condition.
Exchanges and credits can only be offered within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All packing materials, vouchers and paperwork must also be included and be in a new like condition
A RMA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package, and the product should be returned only to the address indicated by our sales staff.
Items returned that do not comply with the above will not be credited.
Faulty items will always be replaced at no cost.
Incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a re-stocking charge.
Credits are only given against the cost of the product and the cost of shipping can not be credited.
